This spacious townhome features a large, covered lanai and pool deck, which exits onto a private lawn, you can genuinely enjoy Florida's natural beauty without worrying about rear neighbors! With a BBQ provided, you can enjoy cookouts and outdoor dining.

This home is equipped with 2 large flat screen, high definition smart TVs and Amazon Fire Smart TVs in every room. Each TV is provided with Amazon Prime Video. Disney +, Hulu, Paramount +, Peacock, ESPN, HBO/Max is also provided through Spectrum TV. Please do not sign out of these accounts! You may use any of your own streaming services as well, such as Netflix, Tubi etc.....

• Living Room: Large TV 70” HDTV, Electric Fireplace, plenty of seating and direct pool access.

• Den/Game Room: Large sectional sofa, Large 75” TV, PS5 Game System 2 Controllers are provided with a recharge station.

• Bedroom 1 (Dolphin) (ground floor) King Bed, & Smart 50” TV (local channels available). Dresser & closet, private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: (Seahorse) Minnie/Mickey Mouse themed bedroom. 43” TV with Amazon Fire TV. Full + twin size beds with closet & dresser. Shared bathroom with bedroom 3, with dual sinks and separate toilet and shower/tub room.

• Bedroom 3: (Turtle) Marvel themed bedroom. 32” Smart TV & local cable channels. Full + twin size beds with closet & dresser. Shared bathroom with bedroom 2, with dual sinks and separate toilet and shower/tub room.

• Bedroom 4: (Crab) Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 43” Smart TV & local cable channels, with closet and dresser. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 5: (Shark) Master suite, with en-suite bathroom. Featuring king-size bed, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. 50” Smart TV & private closet.

• Kitchen: Full-size kitchen with all appliances and features. Everything you will need from plates, cups, silverware and pots & pans! Also equipped with plasticware for the pool deck and outdoor eating. Comes with a breakfast bar/island with seating for 4.

• Dining room: Table features spacious seating for 8.

Exterior:

• Pool Deck: Private splash pool (larger than most!), lots of privacy with covered lanai and outdoor dining. Also features a few lounge chairs to help catch the sun, as well as your own gas BBQ. Take advantage of the pool bath and the natural beauty that surrounds you! (Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.) Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.

• Grassy yard in the back is great for small games of catch, football, soccer, etc.

• Reserved parking for 2 vehicles.

Community:

• Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only 15 minutes to Disney with access to the Interstate. Solterra's location also gives easy access to Universal Studios, Seaworld and even the Legoland theme park!

• Posner Park Shopping Mall is located 5-10 minutes away and features many, many shops, restaurants as well as a luxury movie theater! Many more shops and places to eat can be found along Hwy 27 and at Champion's Gate (about 5 minutes away).

Solterra Clubhouse:

• Solterra Resort features a 6,700 square foot clubhouse (open daily, from 9:30am to 6pm). It features a large swimming pool (complete with a water slide!), a spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center. Effective September 2023, a one-time access fee of $40 (included with booking) is required by the resort, for access to the clubhouse and amenities]
